• NO LOGS
We want to inform you that whenever you use Stealth Shield, we do not collect information about what you do when connected to the VPN. We do collect anonymous data such as analytics for what server is the most popular, in what situations do connections fail and general usage data such as how many users have opened Stealth Shield in a day. We DO NOT log any websites or apps you use when connected to our VPN.
• SUPPORT
When you contact us for support there are two files attached by default to help us debug your issue. You have the right to remove these files. These files DO NOT contain any sensitive information. When you contact us, you will be sharing the server you are trying to connect to and debug information on why the connection failed. Since we DO NOT collect logs we will not see any app or website you have used when connected to Stealth Shield.
• OUR TERMS
We want to provide a service that is available to everyone and is available for free. Stealth Shield does, however, have the right to remove and add servers as necessary. We may change servers without notice due to provider issues or lack of usage. Stealth Shield Pro users will get the priority when we add new servers and priority to our Streaming Servers.
